Installing Plucker on Windows

The easiest way to install Plucker on Windows is by using the Plucker Desktop application. It will take care about all steps necessary to set up Plucker correctly.

  1. Go to Plucker Downloads page
  2. Download the file labeled Plucker Desktop for Windows
  3. Execute the downloaded file
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

Important Note: Make sure you upgrade the Plucker viewer application shipped with Plucker Desktop to the latest viewer. Plucker Desktop 1.6.2.0 is about 2 years behind the current development is shipping with a very old viewer (v1.6.2). The current Plucker viewer is v1.8, and you definitely want to run the latest viewer.
